Orlando Magic: A return to the playoffs
The last time the Orlando Magic made the playoffs, Dwight Howard was one of the best centers in the NBA and he was still in the blue and white. That was roughly seven years ago, but the Magic are currently on pace to sneak in as an 8th seed in the Eastern Conference.
If they can continue to play at this level, they would make the playoffs. Though, that’s going to need some consistent play over the next few months from this team. Quite frankly, I’m not sure if they have it in them.
From everything we know about how this team has played the last few seasons, they will likely fall off of this playoff pace. But maybe this season will be different. If so, it would be quite the breath of fresh air.
