29. Chicago Bulls (8-25)
The Chicago Bulls have some owning up to do. They signed Zach LaVine to that big contract during the summer, paid big money to Jabari Parker and have little to show for it. While LaVine is having a fine season, even considering his contract, the Parker acquisition was an absolute mistake.
The hope is that the team could trade Parker and perhaps get an asset in exchange. But if they can’t move him, I believe it’s safe to say that the team is going to cut ties with him during the summer.
In other words, it was a mistake and will take the Bulls back a bit. It’s a step back in what they hoped would be a step forward this season. The good news is that they will likely get a high draft pick in a deep draft.
