28. Atlanta Hawks (8-23)
The Atlanta Hawks are somewhat on a hot streak, if that’s even possible for an 8-win team at this point in the season. Nevertheless, the Hawks have won two games in a row and have looked better as a team as of late.
Atlanta’s name has surfaced in trade talks due to the potential of them moving Kent Bazemore, who has had a swell season for the team. He’s a player that could definitely help a contending team trying to make a push for the playoffs, and won’t be that costly due to the fact that he’s an expiring contract after the season.
Expect the Hawks to be another team active in trade talks, and they should look to move to try and sell some of their veteran pieces in an attempt to gain an asset.
