27. Chicago Bulls (10-26)

It’s been a couple weeks since it was reported that the Chicago Bulls were shopping Jabari Parker. While there have been reported teams interested, it appears that the Bulls are going to wait it out a bit and try to create a market for him.

That’s smart. At the same time, it’s also been reported that the team is now looking to move Robin Lopez ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline. While Lopez is no longer a game-changing player at the center position, is still good enough to help a contender out there.

It’s pretty clear that the Bulls are shopping players. Question is, will any teams out there bit on the bait that they’re using?
