24. Orlando Magic (15-19)
After a real solid start to the season, the Orlando Magic have really struggled during the month of December and have fallen out of the top 8 in the Eastern Conference. And it’s going to take some real work for them to make a return.
During the month of December, the Magic are 4-7. They also have the NBA’s second-worst offense and a middle of the pack defense over that span. They’re still on pace to perform better than expected this season, but with the way they started the year it would be a real shame if they can’t work their way back into the playoff race.
Sadly, as is almost always the case, it appears that the Magic are still a year away from being real players in the East.
