The Warriors will win the 2019 NBA Championship, but will breakup during the summer

Surprise surprise. The Golden State Warriors will, in all likelihood, win the 2019 NBA Championship. I don’t think anyone would be surprised with that statement. However, after that happens, I believe this team is in for a major surprise in the summer.

I don’t think Kevin Durant is going to re-sign with the Warriors. In fact, I believe that we could see this team breakup, in more ways that just Durant leaving. Draymond Green has seen his play regress over the last two seasons and this team doesn’t appear to be having fun. Period.

And, sometimes, that’s more important than the players you have on the roster. The Warriors have had a great run, but the end is near.
