As the NBA Trade Deadline quickly approaches, we explore one player that every team should look to trade over the next few weeks

The 2019 NBA Trade Deadline is less than a month away and, while it has been pretty quiet on the trade front over the last few weeks, deadline day in the NBA is always a sight to see and offers something to look forward to for every fan.

As this year’s quickly approaches, we’ll go team-by-team and take a closer look at one player that each team should look to move.

(Note: This article is not about the players we believe will get moved, just ones that would make the most sense for where each franchise currently finds itself).

Atlanta Hawks: Kent Bazemore

This should not come as a surprise, but the Atlanta Hawks should look to move Kent Bazemore who has one year remaining on his contract beyond this season. The biggest reason why he should be dealt at the NBA Trade Deadline is because he’s the best trade chip (that the team would actually move).

The team could move him to a contender this season and secure a nice draft pick for the future. Moving him next year could devalue a potential deal, considering he’ll be an expiring contract after this season.
