Phoenix Suns: Ryan Anderson
The Phoenix Suns aren’t a team that necessarily have any bad contracts, but if want to open up more cap space heading into next summer – perhaps for some reason they end up closing one of the big names this off-season – moving Ryan Anderson would achieve that.
He won’t be an easy contract to shed, but if the Suns attach an asset to Anderson there’s no question that a team would take the bait in accepting the deal. Still, I don’t expect the Suns to be very active at the deadline.
This team is still a work in progress, and would be better served adding another top 5 pick (which they are on pace to do).
