J.J. Redick, Guard (2007-present)

Teams: Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers, Milwaukee Bucks

Career best stat line: 16.3 points, 48% FG, 47% 3PT (2015-16)

Redick has shot 40 percent from 3 for several seasons throughout his career, but Redick is much more than just a spot-up shooter: he can put the ball on the floor and even though he’s too small to guard most two guards, he is smart enough to hold his ground and be an effective team defender. Though Redick struggled in the early part of his career, it’s clear he’s been able to figure it out.

Devin Harris, Guard (2005-present)

Teams: Dallas Mavericks, New Jersey Nets, Utah Jazz, Atlanta Hawks, Denver Nuggets

Career best stat line: 21.3 points, 6.9 assists (2008-09)

Now he’s just a role player on the Mavs, but before his ankle injury, Harris’s first step was difficult for defenders to stop. His best year was in the 2008-09 season, when he averaged 21.3 ppg, 6.9 assists, and made his first all-star team.

Although his play declined the following years, he still remained a threat at the guard position, averaging 15 ppg the next two seasons and eventually becoming a decent backup.
