20. Dallas Mavericks (22-26)
The story of the Dallas Mavericks‘ season has largely been Luka Doncic. He’s been one of the best, if not the best, rookie so far this season and is the overwhelming favorite to win the NBA’s Rookie of the Year award.
With that said, this team could still be sellers at the NBA Trade Deadline. A few players that have come up in the rumor mill are Dennis Smith Jr., Wesley Matthews and Harrison Barnes. DeAndre Jordan might be another that they should shop.
The Mavs are likely not going to make a second half push for the playoffs, and this team’s timeline is still a couple years away from really competing.
