28. Chicago Bulls (11-38)

The Chicago Bulls have lost nine of their last 10 games, and continue to look like a team that has no clear direction. This is another team that will be a seller at the NBA Trade Deadline, hoping to rid themselves of at least two of their players.

Those players being Robin Lopez, who is still a valuable backup center, and Jabari Parker, the team’s prized free agent signing from last summer that simply didn’t work out in Chicago. If the Bulls can get anything from these two, it would be great.

If not, it wouldn’t exactly be surprising to see both of these names in the buyout market later this year. Sometimes addition by subtraction is real, and perhaps that could be the deal here with Parker in Chicago. It’s been that bad.
