Frank Ntilikina to the Suns

Suns get: Frank Ntilikina and Mario Hezonja

Knicks get: Josh Jackson and Troy Daniels

This final Frank Ntilikina trade might just be the best for the Knicks.

As well as shipping Ntilikina, they’d also be getting rid of Mario Hezonja who has been downright dreadful this year. Aside from his poster and subsequent stare down of the Greek Freak, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Hezonja really hasn’t done anything of note this season.

And in return, the Knicks would receive a sharpshooter in Troy Daniels and Josh Jackson who still shows promise as a do-it-all two-way wing. Also, if you look at what David Fizdale has done to the likes of Emmanuel Mudiay and Noah Vonleh, you can see why he may be the perfect coach to bring the best out of a player like Jackson.

Now all of these are just potential Frank Ntilikina trades and it’s just as likely that there won’t be a trade made at all. After all, he is still only in his second year and is already a lockdown defender. Give him some more time and who knows? He may develop a jumper and an offensive game and morph into an above average, starting-calibre NBA point guard. Only time will tell what happens.
