8. Toronto Raptors

What an offer would look like: 

Pelicans Get: Norman Powell, Fred VanVleet, OG Anunoby, Pascal Siakam, C.J. Miles multiple first-round picks 

Raptors Get: Anthony Davis 

It would be tough for the Toronto Raptors to really jump into the bidding war for Anthony Davis, assuming that they would want to keep their core pieces intact, but if they were to make a competitive offer they’d prob have to gut their roster.

Still, that could be worth it for them if they are in fact all-in on winning an NBA Championship this season. Led by a core of Kyle Lowry, Kawhi Leonard and AD, there’s no question that the Raptors would be the overwhelming favorites to come out of the Eastern Conference, and possibly a real challenge to the Golden State Warriors.

As for the Pelicans, they would get some nice young pieces and one very interesting prospect in Pascal Siakam, who has absolutely bursted onto the scene this season.
