What an offer would look like:

Pelicans Get: Bradley Beal, Tomas Satoransky, first-round pick

Wizards Get: Anthony Davis

The Washington Wizards could actually get in on the pursuit for Anthony Davis, but it’s going to cost them Bradley Beal. Even then, I’m not sure if that would be enough for the Pelicans to get interested.

If so, though, the Pelicans would have one of the NBA’s most explosive scoring duos in Beal and Holiday, and could still really compete in the Western Conference. With that said, New Orleans would have to be sold on the fact that Beal can continue to develop into a superstar, and I’m not so sure they believe that.

On the other hand, the Wizards would have to bet on John Wall‘s ability to bounce back from injury and live up to his supermax contract.
