The Brooklyn Nets has been quite the story in the Eastern Conference. They are currently the 6th seed in the East, and very much look like a playoff team. Led by D’Angelo Russell, Spencer Dinwiddie (who is now injury), Joe Harris and Jarrett Allen, the Nets have made quite the turnaround this season.

Brooklyn is young and hungry, but might not appeal to many of the big-name free agents. One of the ways that they could help chance that is by making a splash via trade at the deadline. Making a move for Anthony Davis would be just that.

They will have plenty of money heading into the summer, so perhaps adding Davis now could help them lure one of the other big-name free agents in a few months.
