NBA Trade Rumors: 5 sleeper teams that could land Anthony Davis

Raptors Get: Anthony Davis, Solomon Hill

Pelicans Get: Pascal Siakam, Jonas Valanciunas, Norman Powell, OG Anunoby, Greg Monroe, first-round pick 

The Toronto Raptors have been very good this season – one of the two best teams in the Eastern Conference for much of the year – led by their new star Kawhi Leonard, which they traded for during the off-season.

Toronto is currently 37-15, just half a game out of the top seed in the conference. But if the Raptors are going to sell Kawhi on signing with the team long-term, they need to make a splash. Making a move for Anthony Davis would be such a move.

Adding Davis to their core, assuming they keep Kyle Lowry, would certainly make this team the overwhelming favorites to come out of the East. They would also be considered one of the few teams that could pus the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.
