11. Indiana Pacers (33-19)
The loss of Victor Oladipo is eventually going to catch up with the Indiana Pacers. The good news is that it probably won’t come until playoff time. The Pacers have a big enough lead of the 6th-seeded Nets that they likely won’t be caught.
With that said, it’s going to be interesting how this team approaches the NBA Trade Deadline. They have a number of players that could help contending teams, and a few of them are on expiring contracts.
The Pacers’ future, whatever the case may be, is still bright and there is a ton to like about this team moving forward. The hope is that Oladipo returns from this injury stronger than ever, and he continues his development into a star.
