2. Golden State Warriors (37-15)

When the playoffs begin in a couple months, there’s no question that the Golden State Warriors will be the overwhelming favorites to three-peat as NBA Champions. However, there’s no question that the Warriors have been up and down this season.

As of late, with the addition of DeMarcus Cousins, the Warriors are beginning to have look overwhelming look as a contender. The team is 6-1 since Boogie made his debut with the team, and went 11-2 during the month of January.

Those numbers suggest that this team is beginning to round into shape. They’re going to be a tough out in the playoffs, no question. They are the defending champs, and will be until someone beats them four out of seven times.
