NBA Trade Deadline Preview: 24 trade candidates and possible deals

Chandler Parsons, Memphis Grizzlies

Chandler Parsons was once a very coveted player hence the huge contract. After some injuries, however, he isn’t able to even get on the court in Memphis. Parsons has already left the team and he and the Grizzlies are working on an official separation via trade or buyout.

I really have a hard time seeing any team making a bold move and trading for Parsons and his monstrous contract – which has $25 million heading into next season.

I doubt any body trades for Parsons and his monstrous contract unless the Grizzlies are willing to pair a high draft pick with him, which I don’t think they will. My guess is he is bought out after the NBA Trade Deadline.

Trade Idea: Buyout after the deadline.
