The Miami Heat finally begin to thin out the roster

Over the last year and a half, the Miami Heat have been one of the most criticized teams in the NBA. And leading up to the NBA Trade Deadline, there’ no question that this team needs to do something in order to thin out the roster, specifically in the back-court.

Even though it won’t be easy, I have a hard time believing that this team is going to continue to go down this road of mediocrity. It’s never been in the DNA of Pat Riley, and I believe that he will do everything in his power to change things up.

I believe that the Heat will make a move at the NBA Trade Deadline, mostly because they have to. This is a team that has lost its identity and needs to find it sooner rather than later, or things can turn really ugly in Miami.
