NBA Rumors: 5 best potential landing spots for Kyrie Irving in free agency
Brooklyn Nets
The Brooklyn Nets have been looking up lately. They just had a successful January and look to contend for a playoff spot for the first time since 2015 and look to finish the regular season with a winning record since 2014.
After the Boston Celtics and Danny Ainge swindled the Nets for four first-round picks in exchange for an aging Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Jason Terry, the Nets look to reclaim their top pick now. They also have the luxury of having two max slots for 2019 that could turn into two superstar players playing for their franchise.
Not to mention, the rise of the youth on that team as well. With first-time all-star point guard D’Angelo Russell, and a bunch of young, improved players (Caris LeVert, Spencer Dinwiddie), Brooklyn is also looking like a place many stars would want to be.
