NBA Rumors: 5 best potential landing spots for Kyrie Irving in free agency
Los Angeles Clippers
Everybody loves LA! Even though that statement may be true, it’s always the purple and gold team that represents LA the most. However, the Los Angeles Clippers will have $70 million in cap space next season and plan on targeting two superstar free agents this summer.
One way to look at it is that Kyrie Irving will be the leader of a team that seems pretty leaderless at the moment. He also doesn’t have to deal with a lot of youngsters on the roster, other than rookie Shai Gilgeous- Alexander, who is having a pretty good rookie seasons in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles moving Tobias Harris might suggest that they feel strongly about their ability to secure a big-name – possibly Kawhi Leonard – when free agency begins. LA is looking to heat things up this summer and Kyrie Irving may be the first person they want to attract.
