The NBA Trade Deadline is finally here, a just a few hours away. While we’ve already seen a number of trades in the last few days, there’s no question that we could be on the verge for one of the most active deadline days in recent memory.
From the Los Angeles Lakers to the Houston Rockets, there are a number of teams, in both conferences, that will be looking to make a deal – big or small – at the deadline. Will Marc Gasol and Mike Conley be traded? Will the Pelicans move Anthony Davis? Will there be a mystery team or big-name player that gets moved out of left field?
We’ll keep you updated throughout the day with the rumors and deals that are reported in the house leading up to the actual deadline, which is later this afternoon (3:00 p.m. ET).

Lakers-Pelicans are not talking AD, and it looks like they will hold onto him past the trade deadline.

Per ESPN’s Woj, the Grizzlies and Hornets are still discussing a potential blockbuster trade centered around Marc Gasol but there is still progress to be made.

According to Sean Deveney of Sporting News, even after trading for Rodney Hood, the Portland Trail Blazers are still looking to make another move at the deadline.
"[via Sporting News]The Blazers may not yet be done, either, league sources told Sporting News. Even with Hood in the fold, they’ve continued to attempt to find ways to bring in another difference-maker to bolster their playoff prospects."
There might be fireworks at the NBA Trade Deadline, but don’t expect Bradley Beal to be dealt, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

The Knicks could make a play for Anthony Davis ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline, and he would be interested in such a deal.
The Knicks could still try to trade for Davis before the deadline or wait until after the draft lottery in May, when the world will know how strong their top pick in June is. Either way, New York has ample encouragement to pursue a Davis trade before its big free-agent summer
