22. Orlando Magic (25-32)

It was an interesting decision for the Orlando Magic to hold onto Nikola Vucevic at the NBA Trade Deadline, but considering that the team is still very much in play for possibly sneaking into the playoffs in the East, it might’ve been the right decision.

For the first time since the days that Dwight Howard was still in a Magic uniform, Orlando is somewhat relevant in the East. And perhaps that’s something that is refreshing after most years figuring out where they were picking in the middle of the top 10.

Nevertheless, this team still has some growing up and developing to do before they are perennial playoff contenders in the East. Maybe re-signing Vucevic is the move this summer, but if not they could probably work a sign-and-trade for their big man.
