21. Orlando Magic (27-32)
The Orlando Magic have actually been quite impressive this season. Not impressive in the way that the Warriors, Nuggets or Bucks have been impressive, but impressive for the Magic and what we’ve come to know from them.
They’re on pace to win the most games since the days that Dwight Howard was roaming their sidelines, and are only half a game back from the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference at the NBA All-Star break.
Whether they have enough in the tank to beat out the likes of the Heat and Pistons to earn that playoff berth remains to be seen, but there’s no question that this team is better this season. And a lot of that has to do with Nikola Vucevic‘s all-star year.
