19. Miami Heat (26-30)

The Miami Heat enter the NBA’s All-Star break tied for the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference, but this season has largely been an utter disaster. From not being able to move Dion Waiters, James Johnson or Hassan Whiteside during the summer to completely under-performing this season, the Heat are in a relative state of NBA purgatory.

They aren’t bad enough to get a high draft pick to make a real difference, and they aren’t good enough to play any type of factor in the Eastern Conference playoffs. The only variable that has saved this season for its fans is the fact that Dwyane Wade returned for a farewell tour.

After this season, though, the team will be tiptoeing the place where no NBA team wants to be. Boring. Right now, the Heat are losing fans by the day and need to right the ship before they become irrelevant.
