6. Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics have struggled for much of the season, but as of late have come off strong. Especially Gordon Hayward, who has been on a tear during the month of February, and is looking more and more like his old self.

During the month of February, Hayward is averaging 15 points on 57 percent shooting from the field and 52 percent from 3-point range. If he can play at this level, this certainly changes things for the Celtics moving forward.

Once the playoffs start, there’s no question that the Celtics will be one of the favorites to come out of the Eastern Conference. They have the talent; they just need it to all click at the right time.
