23. New Orleans Pelicans (26-33)

For better or worse, the New Orleans Pelicans have found themselves in the thick of the news cycle over the last month. It started with Anthony Davis requesting a trade from the team, and has culminated recently by the team firing general manager Dell Demps.

This was probably something that was going to happen sooner rather than later, and the trade request from Davis probably only expedited the process. If the team was going to move in a different direction in terms of a GM, why not let the new one come in and find the right AD deal for the franchise?

With that said, the Pelicans are going to be nitpicked for what the team elects to do over the next few months. All eyes will be on this team, as they approach the off-season and a potential AD trade.
