Will the Rockets or Jazz make a run up the standings?

Entering the season, both the Houston Rockets and Utah Jazz were two teams that many expected to push the Warriors in the regular season for the top spot in the Western Conference and to possibly also knock them off in the playoffs.

However, both of those teams got off to horrid starts. Luckily, at different points of the year, both have begun to get back on track. They are currently out of the top 4 in the conference, but both are expected to make some type of run up the standings in the post-all-star break playoff push.

Question is, which team will be hottest entering the playoffs? It’s entirely plausible that one of these teams will make a bee line up the standings and finish as a top 4 seed, even if it might be better for them to finish in the 6th spot in order to avoid the Warriors in the second-round.
