Domantas Sabonis, Indiana Pacers
Domantas Sabonis is having an underrated season for the Indiana Pacers. He is having the best season of his career and has helped the Pacers to 3rd in the East.
The Pacers have gotten everything they could’ve hoped for when they traded Paul George for Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis. Oladipo has turned into a star, and Sabonis is headed toward becoming an All-Star. Oladipo and Sabonis give the Pacers hope for a bright future.
This season, Sabonis is averaging career highs in points, rebounds, assists, and field goal percentage. Sabonis is averaging 14.1 points per game on 60.6 percent shooting, which is sixth best in the league. With the Pacers, Sabonis has found his role and has excelled in it.
Sabonis is giving the Pacers a great boost off the bench. Before Oladipo got hurt, the Pacers were a dark horse to win the Eastern Conference.
Domantas Sabonis has not been talked about in the national media, but the Pacers really need him to be successful down the road. He is establishing himself in the league, and if he continues to improve, he will be an All-Star in the years to come.
