The Golden State Warriors have been have won three out of the last four NBA Championships an are heavily favored to win another this season. Which teams have the best chance at dethroning them?

The Golden State Warriors have been the kings of the NBA for the past three or four years now. They are winners of three championships in the last fours years, have won two straight, have already established themselves as a dynasty and have got the single scariest starting five in basketball history.

When everything’s clicking for them, they are literally unstoppable. No team in the league can match them in terms of firepower and we have yet to see a defence that can slow the KD Warriors down enough to win four games out of seven.

However, the past couple of seasons have revealed a couple of flaws in this Golden State squad. They sometimes seem to fall victim to their own success. They often put it in cruise control, becoming complacent and this almost cost them in the Conference Finals against the Houston Rockets last year.

There has also been plenty of drama surrounding the team this season with the beef between Draymond Green and Kevin Durant as well as the pending free agency of KD and splash brother Klay Thompson.

And when the bright lights of the NBA playoffs roll around, anything can happen. Palms get sweaty and teams look to take advantage of any weakness they can find in the opposition. So while any team knocking off Golden State in the postseason seems improbable for sure, it isn’t quite impossible.
