1. Milwaukee Bucks

Before the season started I think we all knew the Milwaukee Bucks were a good team but few expected them to be this good and I don’t think anyone would have predicted they would have the best record in the league at the all-star break.

Everything for this team starts with Giannis Antetokounmpo who is having an MVP season and is thriving under new head coach, Mike Budenholzer who is reminding us all that he is one of the very best head coaches in the game.

But this squad isn’t just a one-man show. The Bucks organisation has done a great job at finding complimentary talent to put around the Greek Freak. Kris Middleton is thriving as a second star and was just named to his first all-star game this year. Eric Bledsoe has been a steady, reliable, two-way point guard. Brook Lopez is the ideal stretch five for today’s NBA and they also went and acquired Nikola Mirotic at the trade deadline from the Pelicans.

Put simply, this team is stacked. They play together, they play hard, they defend and most importantly, they match up well with the Golden State Warriors. And with the way Giannis has been playing all year, the Bucks could potentially have the best player in the series!
