Jrue Holiday, New Orleans Pelicans

The New Orleans Pelicans point guard is one of the most underrated players in the league. Having always been outshined by the might of Anthony Davis, it has been really easy for the capabilities of Jrue Holiday to go under the radar.

However, with recent events involving Davis’s trade request, failure to send him away before the deadline, and possibilities of him sitting out most if not all of the remaining season, it looks as if Holiday is finally going to get his shot at being the Pelicans centerpiece and have his talents truly recognized.

Holiday’s already put up great numbers this year so far (20.9 points, 7.9 assists, 5.1 rebounds) and the Pelicans organization have said they have no interest in parting ways with their star point guard. Being a teams centerpiece is quite the responsibility, but with Davis out of the picture, Jrue Holiday may make the second half of the season the best performance he’s ever had.
