4. Tre Jones, Duke

Tre Jones is probably one of the biggest names from the group, mostly because he plays next to Zion Williams and is a Duke Blue Devil. At the same time, he also deserves to be in the 4th spot in the point guard rankings.

Jones is not the biggest of lead guards, but he’s shown the ability to play big when it counts and has flashed some real potential during his freshman season. He’s only listed at 6-foot-2, but plays bigger than his size at the point guard position. He’s averaging nine points, five assists and four rebounds per game. Consider that he’s putting up those types of numbers on an absolutely stacked Duke team. He’d probably be putting up bigger numbers on a much less talented team.

Jones likely won’t be a lottery pick, but could be a steal for a team looking for depth at the point guard position late in the first-round. He’s an interesting prospect that shouldn’t be overlooked.
