Keldon Johnson has been solid for the Kentucky Wildcats this season, even if he hasn’t been the main go-to guy on most nights. He’s shown the ability to be a solid rebounder and shooter, among many other attributes.
In the regular season, he attempted 100 3-pointers and made 39 of them. His play in the final two games of the regular season for Kentucky were very promising as he had 22 points vs. Missouri, which was his highest scoring output during SEC play, and he followed that up with 14 points vs. Florida. He shot 50% in both of those games.
Johnson is an interesting prospect with all the tools to be a difference-maker at the next level, but it might ultimately come down to whether or not he falls in the right situation in the NBA.
