Unlike Zion Williamson and R.J. Barrett, Cam Reddish, who has somewhat played as the third fiddle in Duke’s Big Three, hasn’t quite lived up to the hype surrounding him. He’s been a good player for Duke this season, but he’s also had games where it was hard to tell where he made a difference.
Reddish did have 23 points in the regular season finale vs. UNC, but he was 6-23 shooting and 3-12 from distance. Out of 30 games this season, Reddish has shot over 40 percent from 3-point range in 10 of them, while shooting under 30 percent in 13 of them.
Reddish certainly has a ton of potential as he prepares to make the jump to the NBA, but there are certainly questions about his game still. And perhaps he will begin to answer those under the brightest lights that college basketball has to offer.
