R.J. Barrett has been everything that was expected of him when he announced he was going to Duke. He’s the team’s leading scorer and has shown at times the ability to take over games, even when Zion Williamson was still active.

Barrett has been held to under 15 points only once this season and has yet to be held under double digits in scoring. He has shown the ability to be a player maker when needed as he’s had seven or more assists in six games this season.

The only issue has been his 3-point shooting, which he’s only hitting on 31 percent this season. At the same time, he’s also had games where it was arguably the strongest part of the game. For example, Barrett hit six 3’s against Virginia earlier this season.
