Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Guard, Virginia Tech (#17 Ranked Prospect)

Nickeil Alexander-Walker has led Virginia Tech to a No. 4 seed in the NCAA Tournament. The sophomore has improved his scoring from 10.7 last year to 16.6 this year. He also increased his rebound and assists numbers.

His scoring efficiency has been impressive this year as he’s shot 47.8 from the field and 38.1 from 3-point range. He has shown his great ability to score throughout the year producing 11 20+ point games. Alexander-Walker is a solid shooting guard who could end up being a lottery pick.

He has great size for a shooting guard at 6-foot-5 and 205 pounds. His body is ready for the NBA, and his game is getting more ready every game he plays. Alexander-Walker has played a major role in Virginia Tech’s making the tournament the last two seasons. He has the Hokies in a good spot to make a deep run in the tournament.

He could make a good starting shooting guard for a team in the NBA. He may not start right away, but he has the potential to be a dependable guard in the NBA.
