NIT Players to Watch

Romeo Langford SG, Indiana

Romeo Langford is the 8th overall ranked prospect in ESPN’s draft rankings. With Jaxson Hayes out for the NIT tournament, that makes Langford without a doubt the best player in the NIT. The NIT might not be quite as hyped, but there will still be some great games and good players to watch.

If you do happen to find time to watch a NIT game you might try to pick an Indiana game. Langford is constantly slashing to the rim and can also hit tough mid-range jumpers making him an exciting player to watch.

He doesn’t knock down 3’s at a great clip, at just 27 percent, so he could really benefit from having a good run in the NIT to boost his draft stock a little. If Langford comes to play this could result in some exciting basketball and potentially a NIT championship for Indiana.
