3. Toronto Raptors (51-23)

This is the third straight season that the Toronto Raptors will win 50-plus games, but the hope is that this is finally the year that they break through in the Eastern Conference. And, in their defense, this is probably their best chance at doing so.

The Bucks are still very much a question when it comes to their lack of deep playoff experience and their recent injuries; the Celtics have been a mess for much of the season; the Pacers will be without Victor Oladipo; and the 76ers might not have the chemistry ready to make a deep run.

If the Raptors are ever going to break through, this is probably going to be the year for it to happen. And when it came to trading for Kawhi Leonard, the front office very much agrees with that thought process.
