24. Memphis Grizzlies (30-44)

The Memphis Grizzlies made great strides this season and are like that high school graduate that went to Europe to hike to find themselves. After realizing that they were going nowhere fast, they traded Marc Gasol and came to the realization that it’s probably time to move on from Mike Conley too.

And that will probably come at or near the NBA Draft. Adding another promising young player with their top 10 pick will be imperative, and would add something for this team to continue to build around, depending on how you feel about Jaren Jackson Jr.

Memphis is not close to competing in the Western Conference and it’s probably going to get a bit worse before it gets any better for this franchise.
