3. Jarrett Culver, Texas Tech

While Zion and Ja Morant garnered all the praise for their performances to start the NCAA Tournament, there might not be a player that did more for their NBA Draft prospects than Jarrett Culver of Texas Tech.

During the first two games of the Tournament, Culver is averaging 23 points, nine rebounds and six assists. At 6-foot-5, Culver has great size and has the ability to cover multiple positions. He is a better playmaker than he gets credit for and if he continues to improve there’s a chance that he could be the best 2-guard to come out of this draft.

Culver isn’t a household name yet, but if he continues to turn in impressive performances as he’s done through the first two rounds of the Tournament there’s no question he’s going to continue to rise in pre-draft boards.
