14. Boston Celtics (via Sacramento): Tyler Herro, Kentucky

In the event that the Celtics elect to make this pick at No. 14, which would be their second in the lottery, look for the Celtics to take a flier on a player like Tyler Herro who is the type of prospect that any team would love to add.

He’s one of Kentucky’s better players this season, and considering the amount of talent they have on their roster, that’s saying something. Plus, he has the ability to be a really consistent shooter at the next level.

In college, Herro has shot 36 percent from deep on roughly five 3-point attempts per game. If he can continue to grow his all-around game, there’s no question that he’s a potential rotation player down the road.
