Giannis Antetokounmpo game keeps improving by leaps and bounds to the point where he could be considered the best player in the NBA

I have news for LeBron James fans who may not have watched a lot of Milwaukee Bucks games this season. The news is: Giannis Antetokounmpo is catching up to LeBron.

Maybe, I should just say the truth and tell them that Antetokounmpo may be atop of several NBA best player rankings at the start of next season.

Antetokounmpo game keeps getting better season after season. He is pretty much unstoppable down low and from anywhere inside of 20 feet. He is making playing in the league look easy while helping the Bucks become a serious contender to win the Eastern Conference.

More from Sir Charles In Charge

The only thing left for Antetokounmpo is to lead his team to the NBA Finals and develop his 3-point shot. If that happens, expect for him to be widely considered the best player in the league.

Even without the 3-point touch, he could be considered the best player in the league if he dominates in the playoff like he is doing this season by averaging 27.7 points, 12.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game.

Now, I know everyone wants to talk about Zion Williamson as the future of the NBA, but let’s be honest for a moment. Williamson could be the future of the NBA, but he likely won’t be considered the best player in the league for several years. He would be lucky to make second team All-NBA in his first three seasons.

By then, Antetokounmpo could have 2-3 league MVP’s and who knows maybe an NBA championship if the rumors are true that Kevin Durant will sign with the New York Knicks after the season.

No one knows what Durant will do after the season. However, we can see what Antetokounmpo is doing right now. He is making his case to be considered the best player in the league and this year’s MVP. This year’s playoffs could only be the beginning of Antetokounmpo greatness.

But make no mistake, Giannis is coming for the throne. Truth is, he might already be there.
