3. Philadelphia 76ers

Trust the process. The Philadelphia 76ers have the best starting lineup in the East…on paper. So much All-Star level talent yet their faults lie in who should hold the ball the most. Granted the Sixers didn’t start the season with the lineup they have now.

Trading for Jimmy Butler and Tobias Harris midway through the season, it’ll take some time for the team to get chemistry and reach its maximum potential. With that said the team hasn’t reached its maximum potential, and they’re still in the running for an NBA Finals appearance.

Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons have been having stellar seasons and both have ways to go in their careers with Embiid at 25 years old and Simmons at 22. Even if the Sixers don’t go far this postseason there’s still so much upside ahead of them with the potential they’ve acquired.
