With the regular season quickly coming to an end, let’s look back at the five teams that were the biggest disappointments during the 2018-19 campaign

Officially, we’re in the final week of the 2018-19 NBA season. The playoffs will begin this weekend and we’re that much closer to the start of the off-season. However, for many teams, that process begins after Wednesday.

Most teams have two games remaining in their seasons, before the playoffs, but for many teams on this list they don’t have that to worry about. A few days ago, we visited the teams that had surpassed their pre-season expectations. It was great to celebrate the likes of the Brooklyn Nets, Denver Nuggets and Orlando Magic, who are set to make their return to the post-season for the first time in years.

However, there is another side of that spectrum. There’s also those teams that were big disappointments through the regular season. Teams that entered the season with high expectations and simply failed to live up to them or surpass them.

Before the playoffs begin, here is a quick look back at the five teams that were among the biggest disappointments in the NBA during the 2018-19 season.
