NBA: Best and worst case scenario for every West team headed into the off-season

As the NBA Playoffs are set to begin, we explore what each Western Conference team’s best and worst case scenario will look like over the next few months

With the 2019 NBA playoffs scheduled to start on Saturday and the regular season ending on Wednesday we now know which teams will be looking to fix their franchise and which will be looking to maintain or improve it.

As with the playoffs and off-season, each team could end up coming into next season looking like it fixed its problems or like it only make its current situation worse. With that here’s a look at the best and worst case scenarios for each team in the Western Conference. (Order is from worse to first)

Phoenix Suns

Record: 19-63

Best Case: The Suns land the No. 1(Zion Williamson) pick as well as some valuable veterans to mesh with their young core of Booker, Ayton, Oubre and Bridges.

Worst Case: The Suns continue to be the Suns and make questionable decisions that see’s their franchise star Devin Booker start to question the direction of the team.
