Los Angeles Lakers

Record: 37-45

Best Case: The Lakers are able to pair LeBron with a big name free agent and then the Lakers address their biggest need by signing more shooters and less ball handlers who can’t shoot from 3-point range.

Worst Case: The Lakers are unable to land a big name free agent or trade for Anthony Davis. Los Angeles then spends its money on overpriced free agents on short deals who don’t fit well playing alongside LeBron.

Sacramento Kings

Record: 39-42

Best Case: The Kings are able to land a veteran forward with playoff experience to help be a leader to the young Kings. Sacramento could be a sneaky playoff pick next season with smart additions.

Worst Case: The Kings decide to bring in a free agent who not only stunts the growth of the younger players but constantly butts heads with the organization.
