NBA: How the bottom 7 in the East can make a return to the playoffs

13-15. Bulls, Cavaliers, Knicks: Draft Zion
They all do. These three teams all need to draft Zion.
It’s fairly clear that Chicago, Cleveland, and New York were in a race to the bottom from the start of the season. And all of these teams just kind of suffer from the same things. Their roster. Almost no discernible star on any of these teams (with the exception of Lavine and Love of course) and there also didn’t seem to be a huge desire to win. Hence the Knicks trading Porzingis for a price that was much lower than his value.
Not only that, but it’s hard to judge what these teams need because they were all in tank mode from November. They all need to go through some major rebuilding before they’ll be playing NBA games in the summer, and all of them need to start focusing on the draft as of now.

And they’ll all be hoping for the one player that could change everything about the franchise for them, Zion Williamson.
