2. Cleveland Cavaliers – Ja Morant, G, Murray State

You might believe that the Cleveland Cavaliers already have the point guard of the future on their roster in Collin Sexton, but according to Cleveland.com, Sexton’s presence on the roster won’t scare them away from potentially drafting Morant.

In today’s NBA, which is largely being dominated by dynamic guards, an explosive backcourt could go a long way in getting the Cavs back to relevance in the Eastern Conference. If the Cavs believe that Morant is the best player on the board when they go on the clock, they should take the dynamic Racer.

Who wouldn’t want to see a Morant-Sexton backcourt on their roster? Just thinking about it is getting me excited for what they could potentially be. It’s worked swimmingly for the Blazers with Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum.
